MBA Coursework
To complement the MMB degree, I took MBA coursework focused on bridging the gap between technical expertise and commercial strategy. Below are key project deliverables that showcase my ability to apply business frameworks to the biotech industry.
MBA 585: Current Topics in BioSciences Management
This course examined how biotechnology products move through the full biosciences value chain, from discovery and development to regulation, production, commercialization, and market adoption. We explored current industry issues through guest lectures, case discussions, and market-focused assignments.
Our final team project evaluated the financial challenges and opportunities for the cell and gene therapy industry.

MBA 555: Product Design & Development
Collaborated in a cross-functional team to design and develop ChartStart, an AI-powered market research platform, as part of an end-to-end product realization project. Conducted customer and market analysis, defined product features and technical design, and developed a go-to-market strategy including pricing, positioning, and financial modeling.
The project was showcased at the NC State University Product Innovation Lab Student Showcase 2025 (hosted by RIoT), highlighting its real-world applicability and validation.
